Our Staff
Karen Arrington
	Karen has worked for us since 1987 as an outside salesperson and is the sales representative in South Florida, Aruba, Barbados, Curaçao, Grenada and Trinidad. She is committed to extraordinary service with placing her customers first. She resides in Palm Beach County, FL with her husband Eddie and their two dogs, Halo the Leopard Hound and Goldie the Retriever. Her hobbies are competitive ballroom dancing, and she is a US National Pro-Am Champion. She also enjoys creating new ideas for their garden and trialing the latest plant releases.
Liliana Delgado
	Born in Bogota, Colombia, Liliana completed middle and high school in Bremen, Germany and is fluent in Spanish, English and German. She graduated with a BS in Biology at Javeriana University in Bogota and in 1987 received an MS in Crop Physiology at the National University in Bogota. Since then she has worked in the cut flower and the pot plant industries in production and planning. Liliana joined the BMC family in 1997; her territory now includes Central and North Florida, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic. Liliana loves to spend time with her family and traveling the world. Her hobbies include gardening, reading and yoga/meditation. Habla Espanol
Lucille Dillin
	Lucille came to Florida from New Jersey more than 20 years ago and began working with us immediately. With over 30 years of sales service, and fluency in Spanish, Lucille is a primary contact for our international customers. She also works closely with Tim Mitchell and assists with his customers. In addition to her busy schedule here at BMC, she is a diamond leader for Weight Watchers International. She has been married for 34 years and has 2 daughters, 2 grand children, plus has a house full of animals. Habla Espanol.
Marlene Hampton
	Marlene is our inside customer service and sales representative, serving all Florida customers. She joined us in July of 2005, bringing with her more than 10 years of experience serving wholesale nurseries. A Florida native, Marlene enjoys her time off at the beach swimming and collecting shells and drift wood to create recycled art projects. Her hobbies include painting and gardening. She has been married for 17 years and has 1 daughter. She is also the owner of the Dugout Nursery with her husband.
Veronica Hoover
	Ronnie is originally from Georgia, and has been with us since 1998. She completed the Certified Master Gardner program and Environmental/Ornamental Horticulture program course at Hillsborough Community College. She’s been involved in most aspects of our company, including in-house sales, invoicing, & accounts receivable. Outside of her commitment to BMC, she enjoys spending time on the water with family & friends.
Tim Mitchell
	Tim is our sales representative for CA, TX, LA, MS, AL, NC, SC, HI, Canada and the Pacific Northwest. His commitment to customer service has made him a legend in his territory.He lives with his 2 German shepherds and is ‘Sleeping Restlessly in San Diego’. He has 3 grown kids, Spike, Colin & Piper Marie. Hobbies include Australian Aboriginal art, turning his yard into a tropical paradise and surfing.
Judith L Moore
	Judy, originally from upstate New York, is our Vice President and has been with us since 1987. She has been involved in virtually every aspect of our business, including customer service and accounting. Judy has recently begun singing lessons. While just a couple of years past the cut-off age for American Idol, she does have a beautiful voice. Over the past few years Judy has baked cakes, both wedding and groom, for weddings of friends and family members.
William G. Moore
	Bill graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1969 and received a post graduate degree from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona in 1970, when he entered the horticulture business. While establishing Florida as a solid market for the company, Bill also devoted time to developing our international market and gaining some fluency in Spanish. An avid bird watcher, he maintains a Purple Martin colony. Also reading, following local and national politics, cooking and travel to visit friends and family are favorite leisure-time activities.
Stephanie Moore
	Stephanie was born in South Carolina but has spent the majority of her life living in Tampa, FL. She is currently attending St. Petersburg College to obtain a degree in accounting and plans on getting her CPA license upon graduation. Stephanie is involved in the maintenance of stock item pricing as well as invoicing and accounts payable. When she's not working or going to school, Stephanie enjoys reading, kayaking, swimming, and playing paintball.
Jillian Smith
	Jillian was born in Virginia, but now resides in Riverview, Florida. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations. Jillian is involved in order tracing and communication with suppliers. She also creates communication tools for BMC. As a newlywed, Jillian and her husband enjoy spending time fixing up their first home.
